Beth and Beauty’s Morning Face Skincare Routine

Beth and Beauty's Morning Face Routine Products

Hi! My fellow Beauties! Today on Beth and Beauty I am going to share with you my morning face skincare routine. I am going to share with you what cleansers, serums, moisturizer and eye cream that I am currently using and enjoying. I want to make sure you know that I have sensitive, combo-oily skin. I also, being that I am 40+ years old, have fine lines, some wrinkles, enlarged pores and still have some acne problems.

Beth and Beauty's Morning Face Routine Cleansing ProductsFirst I want to start with what cleanser(s) I am using. I have had the Ponds Luminous Cream Cleanser, but I wanted something with a little more grit (exfoliating) properties to it. I saw this St. Ives New Even & Bright Pink Lemon & Mandarin Orange Scrub in my local WalMart for $3.50 and decided to give it a try. I really do like the product but I didn’t feel like it was gentle enough by itself for my every morning use. I seen the Pond’s Cream Cleanser, which has no exfoliating product in it and a light bulb lit up in my head……Why don’t I mix these two together?……So, I did and Ahhhh!! I have found it to be the perfect amount of creaminess and grit combined for my every morning cleansing routine.

Now we will move on to my toner, face serums, moisturizer and eye cream I am really enjoying. I will share with you the Beth and Beauty's Morning Face Routine Serums & Moisturizing Productsproducts as I use them. I first using a cotton round use the Lancome Tonique Radiance Clarifying Exfoliating Toner. Somehow this little baby escaped from my pictures. If you would like to see a picture of it you can do so here.  Then, I move on, while my face is still a little damp, to my new favorite Vitamin C Face serum, Valentia Even Glow Serum. This serum has made a world of difference in my skins texture. It is now so much more smoother and radiant.  I have been told my a fellow beauty blogger that this serum has the hightest (20%) amount of Vitamin C allowed in a serum. She was interested in knowing how it worked after using it a while longer. I can tell her after another 2 weeks of usage, I am still loving it and can tell the difference if I don’t use it. After the serum has dried, I follow up with my favorite moisturizer, the Kate Somerville Nourish Daily Moisturizer. This was a splurge for me from Nordstrom.com, but worth every penny. I finish up with the L’Oreal Revitalift Eye Cream. This eye cream is okay, it hydrates under my eyes and it doesn’t mess with my makeup application. I got this at TJ Maxx, I don’t remember how much. I have other eye creams I use at night time but I want to use this eye cream up so I am using it during my morning routine.

I hope you have enjoyed learning my morning face skincare routine. I hope it has helped someone. Please also feel free to leave any tips, suggestions or questions in my comment section.
