Hi! Beauties! Today on Beth and Beauty I am going to be doing a review on the BH Cosmetics 11 pcs Pink-A-Dot Brush set. When I posted this brush set on my March 20th Thrifty Thursday’s post, it was requested that I do a review on this brush set. I will be honest, I first ordered these just because of the packaging. If you know me or have been following me long then you know I am a sucker for anything pink! Now, you have to admit they are adorable. I have to tell you I was so pleasantly surprised when I took these brushes out of the packaging and felt how soft these brushes are. There was no shedding before or after I washed them. I have found I love all of the brushes in this set. If I had to pick my favorite one and my least favorite one out of the set, I guess my favorite would be the deluxe thick fan brush and my least favorite would be the tapered eye liner brush. The reasoning on these choices is that the fan brush applies and blends my highlighter so smoothly and easily, as for the tapered eyeliner brush, the only reason it is my least favorite is because I wanted a thin brush that I could apply thin lines of my gel eyeliner with and this eyeliner brush is just too thick for an eyeliner brush. I still use it as a precision eye shadow brush when trying to add a deeper color in my crease. Now I also want to tell you this is one of my favorite brush travel cases that I own. It is very sturdy and I love the fact that it snaps on the side. This makes it where you don’t have to worry about it coming apart while traveling. I got this set for $14.95 when they first came out and I am so proud I did. As of right now, this set is on sale for $24.95 (original price $28.95). Do I think they are worth the $24.95? Yes, I do. It doesn’t say on website whether this is going to be a limited edition or not. So you could try to wait it out to see if they have a better sale price in the future. Three things could happen if you choose to wait, either the price could go up to the original price since all the reviews on the website are great (5 Stars) or if it is a limited edition set they will become unavailable and of course you could get lucky and get it at a better sale price.
