Hi! Beauties! Today here on Beth and Beauty I am going to reveal what products that were in my Ipsy March 2014 Glam Bag. This months theme was Destination Beauty. Just let me say, I am very pleased with this month’s products. The bag does take some getting used to and is a little small to me, but it is neat that the design was hand picked from the “Street Anatomy” series by the artist Klari Reis. For you that are new and have not heard of Ipsy, let me tell you about it. It is a monthly beauty subscription where you receive 4-5 deluxe sample or full size products in an different makeup bag each month. The cost per month is only $10 and that includes shipping. You take a personal quiz when you join to help them know what kind of products to send you. If you would like to check it out and/or subscribe to Ipsy just click on blue link. I have been subscribed for almost a year and I love my subscription. Yes, there are months that I may not like some of the products that I get but I always get my moneys worth. Now on to the products I received:
- Full size Nicole by OPI Roughles nail lacquer in “On What Grounds?” (sky blue). These Roughles nail lacquers go on like regular nail polish, but dry to to a speckled, textured finish. ($9)
- Deluxe Sample of Pacifica Indian Coconut Nectar Body Butter 2.5 Fl. Oz. If you love the smell of coconut, you will love this scent. A full size of this product contains 8 Fl. Oz. ($15), so this size would be worth approximately $4.75.
- Deluxe Sample for the Bare Minerals Moxie lipstick in the color “Get Ready” (mauve/pinkish). The deluxe sample contains .05 oz, the full size contains .12 oz @ $18
- Full size Be A Bombshell eye shadow quad called Bora Bora. Beautiful and pigmented colors, swatches below. ($16)
So if you do the math and don’t even include the deluxe sample of Bare Minerals Moxie lipstick or makeup bag, this month’s bag is worth $29.75. Below is swatches of the Bare Mineral Moxie lipstick and the Be A Bombshell eye shadow quad. I am also going to include a close up picture of this month’s makeup bag.
