Hi! Beauties! Today we are going to talk eye brows. Above is a before my birthday get-a-way trip(January 17-19,2014) and an after I found my Eye Brow Goddess and now Holy Grail Anastasia brow products picture. Let’s just say in the last year or so and since I have become such a beauty enthusiast (junkie….LOL) that I have had my brows waxed, threaded and even dyed once. But I can truthfully say not until I met Cristina Morales from the Nordstrom’s Anastasia Brow Studio in the Galleria mall of Dallas have I ever been truly satisfied with my brows. She is professionally trained by Anastasia on how to shape, fill and define your brows. It was an experience I will never forget, she was professional, excellent. very informative, and I could not have asked to have been treated any kinder. I have to say I have never experienced such special and personal treatment like I received from all the Nordstrom’s personnel I came in contact with. Also have to give a shout out to Catherine from the Nars Counter in Nordstrom. She also went above and beyond to show me all the new Nars beauty products. She is actually the one who hooked me up with Cristina at the Anastasia Brow Studio. I have tried eye brow products from Avon, ELF, CoverGirl etc. I honestly didn’t know what I was doing until Cristina showed me and most importantly taught me in person.  Now I will go over the Anastasia products I purchased. All of the products except the Brow Wiz will last me a very long time.

First is the above pictured Anastasia of Beverly Hills Brow Kit. I got mine in medium brown. It comes with 5 different brow shape stencils, Brow powder duo, Clear Brow Gel, Precision Tweezers(handmade in Italy) and a mini Brow Duo Brush (has a slanted brow brush on one end and a spoolie brush on the other end). Priced at $65 and worth every cent. I added it up and if you were to buy each product separately, not even counting the mini duo brush, you would spend $93. The powder duo is very pigmented, blends easily and you could easily get by with just this powder but you wouldn’t get the defined brow look without using the other products.The handmade Precision Tweezers is magnificent, the name says it all.The stencils comes in handy while you are learning how to fill in and shape your brows. The Clear Brow Gel will hold the most unruly brow hairs in place. The mini duo brush is just the right size for me. I use this kit every time I do my brows.

To get the more defined look, I purchased the above pictured Anastasia Brow Wiz in Ash Blonde $21. A lot of people just use this one product alone and it does work great alone. Before going to Dallas I did too. I myself now after her teaching me how, prefer to fill in my brows with the powder and then use this pencil to define my brows. As the box says,”Sometimes brows need a little magic” and this ultra fine retractable tip gives your brows that magic.

The last step and product I got is the Anastasia Brow Duality in Camille/Sand $23.  Brow Duality is designed for those who want the best of both worlds…Anastasia has married her customer favorites into one! Chunky dual ended pencil featuring matte highlighter on one end and shimmer highlighter on the other. This pencil brings subtle focus to the brow bone. Use the Matte side during the day to create a soft highlight. For those nights on the town, use the Shimmer side to give your eyes that soft satiny glow. You apply either Matte or Shimmer highlighter directly along the brow bone underneath the brow hairs. Blend upward and outward using the index finger. This last step makes such a difference. I know I thought no way but after Cristina added this final touch to my brows I was amazed.

I can truthfully say I don’t regret purchasing any of the above mentioned products. I love using them all. I am just thankful and blessed that I was able to have this experience and had saved up for this birthday treat. You can also get all the products I mentioned online at Anastasia of Beverly Hills, or you can find most of them at Amazon.com. You could also just go to your local Nordstrom, Ulta or Sephora. Just a warning, I have found they don’t always have all the products at my local Ulta or Sephora. I will for sure be going back to Nordstrom’s Anastasia Brow Studio in the Galleria Mall of Dallas in a couple of months to see Cristina to get my eye brows groomed again…..since she is now my official Eye Brow Goddess!!!!!!
