Homemade Sweet Potato Pie
- 2- 9 inch uncooked pie shells
- 1 stick of softened butter
- 2 cups cooked and mashed sweet potatoes
- 2 cups Sugar ( I used splenda)
- 5 oz of evaporated milk (1/2 cup + 2 Tablespoons)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 eggs- beaten
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350. Mix together sugar, potatoes, butter. Add vanilla, eggs and cinnamon then mix/whisk all together until well mixed. Divide pie filling between the 2 uncooked pie shells. Cook for 1 hour.
